- When will rooms be available for 2012 - The term will start Septemebr 8th 2012 but
reservations have already commenced.
- Is there any rent reduction for the summer break - No,
all of our contracts are for 48 weeks.
- How do I report a
fault - You can report a fault by email or by calling in to our local office,
you will then be contacted on the next working day and advsied when the repair will be carried out. You can also report a fault by going to our Notice Board Page and using the link there,
- How do I find out how certain things work in the house - All
houses should have the latest 'Welcome Booklet' which provides you with all the information you should need.
- What do I do if I cant find the information I need - Call or email our office who will provide the information you require.
- Do you offer an out of hours lost key service - Normally the
answer is NO but if we do have staff available there would be a call out fee of £25.00
- When is the rent payable - The rent is paid by Standing Order
in 10 installments commencing on the 8th September 2012 until 8th June 2013.
- What bills are included
in the rent - bills included in the rent is for Gas, Electricity, Water & Sewerage charges.
- Can I opt out of 'Bills Included' in my rent - No
- When is
your local office open and where is it - Our office is normally open 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday
and is situated at 62a Trendlewood Park.
- What do I do if the office is closed during normal hours - you can call our Head Office on 01604 889700.
- What if we do not have a 'Welcome Booklet'
- Contact our head office who will be able to supply you with one.

Investments operate a 24 hour 7 Day service - No, like most other businesses we are open 5 days
a week from 9am to 5pm. In extreme emergencies the normal 'Emergency Services' should be called. For non emergencies
after hours you can call our office numbers and leave a message. This will then be dealt with on the next normal working day.
