Our tenancy agreements run for a minimum of 48 weeks, we do not offer short term agreements.
Normally the start date is September 1st although there can be some flexibility in special cases.
The rent includes charges for Gas, Water, Sewerage and Electricity but excludes any TV or Broadband packages
Yes. All our properties are registered, licensed and approved with Bristol City Council and the University west of England.
If in office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) then call 07884 065067. We do NOT offer an out of hours key service. You will have to contact one of your house mates or call a Lock Smith however this will be at your cost.
Once your contract has finished the house will be inspected if there are no deductions your deposit will be returned within two weeks of inspection. If deductions are considered necessary, then you will be notified before the balance of any deposit is returned.
