All of our properties are in easy walking distance of the UWE campus at Frenchay, Glenside
and St Mathias.

have houses with 4,5, 6 or 7 bedrooms.
We have 45 houses all in the same road occupied by students and run by McGowan Investments Limited
with a local office for your convenience. We are fully accredited with the University West of England and are licenced with
